For the ultimate city break, the Panoramic Consorti Suite boasts a prime location at the top of the Consorti Tower, with extensive views of Florence Cathedral.

Forming part of the Lungarno Collection, guests can choose between five unique dining opportunities. Start with the collection’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Borgo San Jacopo, for an elegant fine dining experience just a short stroll away.

Chef Claudio Mengoni offers two tasting menus with mouthwatering ingredients, including porcini mushroom ice cream and fig molasses, seasonal vegetables, and risotto with sea urchins.
